Here is my homage to Daft Punk! They are certainly masters of their craft. Discovery is one of my most listened to albums, and their Live album is quickly on its way up there too. Mix on!

Here's a little something new that I've been working on for a while. Just wanted to try something a little more loose and definitely pleased with the results!

Here was an idea I had yesterday. I liked it, sketched it, and whipped this up. What do you think? Could it be a worthy t-shirt? Also I'm really becoming a fan of a weekly art update of something or other, maybe not a comic but just something I did. What do you think? I'll be aiming for a comic next week, I had another project on my plate which is taking my time right now! '~'

Hey everybody, here's my if post for the week. I took the idea from the Wikipedia article on Dopplegangers :

"Abraham Lincoln

Carl Sandburg's biography contains the following:
A queer dream or illusion had haunted Lincoln at times through the winter. On the evening of his election he had thrown himself on one of the haircloth sofas at home, just after the first telegrams of November 6 had told him he was elected President, and looking into a bureau mirror across the room he saw himself full length, but with two faces.
It bothered him; he got up; the illusion vanished; but when he lay down again there in the glass again were two faces, one paler than the other. He got up again, mixed in the election excitement, forgot about it; but it came back, and haunted him. He told his wife about it; she worried too.
A few days later he tried it once more and the illusion of the two faces again registered to his eyes. But that was the last; the ghost since then wouldn't come back, he told his wife, who said it was a sign he would be elected to a second term, and the death pallor of one face meant he wouldn't live through his second term."

I came across this yesterday. Definitely an interesting mix here. I'm not sure what else to say beyond the fact that I'd say it's worth a listen. In my opinion, a worthy tribute.

This guy is hardly noticeable, he's so plain looking... glad I got somethign up this week, almost thought I wouldn't.

Here's a new idea I had. A single self-contained strip O comics. I want to try to get a few up in the next couple of weeks to see which route I like better, story installment each week or something more like this. Check back and let me know what you think!

Here's something I whipped up back in April. Wow, I actually had something that went with this week's theme that I did previously! Big news this week, moving, starting a new job and beginning a new year! This week holds big things and I was glad to be able to participate without too much work this time around. Woah, how crazy, if I saw this guy, angry at me, I'd flip out, run to the nearest bush, and hide! What are your thoughts?

the blues...this guy's so sad that not even a fairy offering a puppy with an ice cream cone will cheer him up...But maybe if the ice cream was full of...nuts and berries??

If you've ever had hibachi you'll know if pretty much the coolest way to get your food made right in front of you. Also, those chefs are amazing with throwing things in the air and balancing everything...need I say more? I suppose this could be a snapshot of the future, or just a snapshot of imagination-laced fun.
